Hotel services terms of purchase and sales conditions

  1. Reservation submission and confirmation procedure

 

1.1.Reservations to the Hotel for accommodation services can be submitted via the Hotel’s e-mail, contact phone, the Hotel’s website or the travel services sales platform.

1.2. When submitting a reservation to the Hotel, an individual guest or company must indicate the number of guests arriving at the Hotel, their names and surnames, the type of room they want, the dates of arrival and departure, and the planned time of arrival.

1.3. A reservation paid by an individual guest or a company before the day of arrival is considered a guaranteed reservation. In exceptional cases, reservations that have not been paid in advance are also considered guaranteed. The reservation of services provided by the Hotel can be guaranteed by credit card, prepayment or contract with the Hotel.

1.4. Non-guaranteed reservation is a reservation of services provided by the Hotel, which is not pre-paid. If the guest does not arrive by the arrival time specified in the reservation order and does not specify another arrival time to the Hotel, the Hotel has the right to cancel the guest’s non-guaranteed reservation.

1.5. Reservations received by e-mail or on the website are confirmed by the Hotel to the customer by e-mail. After receiving a reservation from business customers, the Hotel sends an invoice for the reserved accommodation services by e-mail. The hotel confirms the reservations ordered by phone to the client by SMS message.

 

  1. Reservation cancellation procedure and refund conditions

 

2.1. An individual guest(s) or a company can cancel a reservation no later than 1 day before the arrival date of the guest(s). If payment was received for the reserved services according to the prepaid account, the Hotel returns the paid amount to the company or individual guest within 14 working days.

2.2. If the reservation is canceled less than 24 hours before until the arrival time of the individual guest(s) or members of the company group, the price of one day is deducted from the advance payment received from the total amount of the reservation and the remaining amount is returned to the specified account within 14 working days.

 

  1. Prices and payments

 

3.1. The prices of the services provided by the Hotel are indicated on the Hotel’s website www.inastra.lt, can be agreed individually, presented in commercial offers, on the travel services sales platform and in other official advertising and information materials of the Hotel.

3.2. The services provided by the Hotel can be paid for in cash, credit card, bank transfer or virtual payment card.

3.3 Unless otherwise agreed, the Hotel services must be paid for before the day of arrival at the Hotel or on the same day after arrival at the Hotel. If a “Hotel Services Agreement” or other individual agreement is concluded with the Hotel, the payment procedure and conditions discussed in that agreement or agreement shall apply.

3.4 Hotel services reserved, confirmed and paid for, but not used by guests, are not compensated.

3.5. The amount of the advance paid to the hotel and the conditions and procedure for the advance payment are stipulated in the “Hotel service provision agreement”, individual agreements or offers, and the advance payment invoices submitted by the Hotel.

 3.6. The price of the Hotel services specified in the confirmation of the reservation of Hotel services can be changed only by written agreement of the parties.

 

  1. Conditions of providing accommodation services provided by the Hotel

 

4.1. Hotel guests can arrive at the Hotel from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival specified in the reservation. Earlier arrival is also possible if the Hotel is informed in advance about the time of arrival.

4.2. After checking in at the reception, the guest receives the key(s) for the room(s).

4.3. Hotel guests must check out of the Hotel by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

4.4. If the guest wishes to leave later than 11:00 a.m., he must inform the Hotel employee about this. If possible, the guest’s check-out time can be extended until 3:00 p.m. for free.

4.5. If the guest leaves the Hotel before 6:00 p.m., the guest must pay 50% of the price of one day’s accommodation services. If the guest leaves the Hotel after 6:00 p.m. must pay the price of one day’s accommodation services.

4.6. If a contract “Hotel service provision agreement” or other individual agreement is concluded with the Hotel, the guest arrival and departure procedure and conditions discussed in that contract or agreement shall apply.

 4.7. If more guests live in the Hotel room than indicated in the Hotel reservation confirmation, an additional fee is paid to the Hotel for each additional guest.
